Exceptions

BaseVanError	Base error for CAF.van.
IncorrectParameterError(value[, parameter, ...])	Raised when parameter given is an unaccepted value.
MissingColumnsError(name, columns, *args, ...)	Raised when columns are missing from input CSV or spreadsheet.
MissingDataError(name, missing, *args, **kwargs)	Raised when data is missing from an input file.
MissingInputsError(missing, *args, **kwargs)	Raised when one or multiple inputs are missing.
MissingLookupValuesError(missing[, column])	Raised when there are zones missing from the lookup DataFrame.
MissingParameterError(missing, parameterNm, ...)	Raised when a parameter is missing from the input.
MissingWorksheetError(workbook, worksheet, ...)	Raised when worksheet is missing from input spreadsheet.
